Order processing and processing time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Please note that our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day. Processing time includes reviewing your order, quality control and packaging.

All prices are given in GBP (pound sterling) /£. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping areas, costs, times and service providers:

We strive to handle your shipments with speed and care, selecting the most suitable shipping company for your location to ensure quick and secure delivery of your orders.

  • Couriers we use are Royal Mail, Hermes or DPD (Interlink).
  • Your delivery method is chosen based on the value of your total order.
  •  Free delivery for All orders over £299+Vat 
  • Standard orders are dispatched via Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class; larger orders are dispatched via courier.
  • All orders of £100.00 (excluding VAT) will be dispatched via courier.
  • Please note: There is no tracking available with Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you require tracking with your order, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to provide you with a quote.

We offer weight based shipping. Shipping cost depends on the total weight of purchased products. Weight based shipping details are given below:

After your product is shipped, you can track your shipment’s progress both on the carrier’s website and through the Papel Espresso Tracking Page. If you experience any delays or issues with your order, please contact us at sales@securicamwholesale.co.uk for prompt assistance.

Order/shipping tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order cancellation: To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at sales@securicamwholesale.co.uk or call us at 01274 402871. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Damaged goods:

We take great care in the packaging of your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@securicamwholesale.co.uk or call us at 01274 402871. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund.

Change of address:

If you need to change the delivery address of your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at sales@securicamwholesale.co.uk or call us on 01274 402871. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Once the order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address.
